Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we see patients by appointment only.  We make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. Please be considerate of the clients scheduled after you by arriving on time or a few minutes early.  Patients who arrive late may have a shortened appointment time or may have to be rescheduled or worked in at the next available appointment time.  If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least 24 hours advance so that we may offer your appointment time to another patient in need of medical care.  No shows, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and late arrivals will be charged a missed appointment fee.


Patient Arrival Policy

All cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier for safety and to prevent the spread of infections.

New clients should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointment time.

Surgical and dental patients should be dropped off between 7:30 and 8:30 am, and should have food withheld after 10pm the night before.

For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available for established clients. Dropping your pet off allows you to bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a few hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off in the morning so our doctor can examine the patient  between appointments or at the time reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor has examined your pet and completed any necessary testing, she will call you to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.  For the safety of all patients in our care, we require that vaccinations be up to date for all cats being dropped off and may restrict drop-off appointments for certain contagious diseases. 


Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.  Credit cards must bear the name of the person presenting the card, and picture identification must be presented with credit cards.  We cannot accept checks.
